Why was I charged a feature fee when this was not requested

Trish, occasionally something in the listing process remains ticked from a previous session or previous listing so it is always a good idea to check the Fees summary on the last listing page before you press Start my listing, in case you have something ticked when it shouldn't be, as below....
Trademe may refund your fee if you contact them and explain what happened.

Trade me have admitted they got it wrong please credit my account with $3.45 thanks trish asp as this has been distressing for me your system is not good for elderly people like me should be simpler

Trish, like I said above, you'd need to contact Trademe for a refund. I would try using the Live chat and they will probably sort that for you immediately. Us elderly folk need to stick together.
