Item not in won list anymore-cant contact seller as no delivery

HI there,

I won 2 lights on TM sometime in March or early April- the seller indicated a long , COVID related shipping time as the item was coming from China (seller was located in Auckland though). I was very patient- finally checked and saw that the lights were not in my won list anymore- so no way to contact the seller! I wrote already 3 times to Trademe over the last weeks- no response! How can I get this old listing back in my list so I can actually contact the seller on what is happening?

Easiest way to find the details you need to contact the seller is from the links in your original email when you bought, where it has their email address and any other payment information. Listings only stay in your won/sold folders for 45 days.

...I do not have the Emails anymore, that is my problem...I just trusted the seller about the long delivery times- and as I do not have any contact details from the seller I can not even go to the disputes tribunal. Thus I was hoping if TradeMe could look into my older history so that at least I can get the sellers details! What a mess- that is what you get when you trust people it seems...the lights were not cheap either..

I won a product and paid for it on Monday 3rd April. The seller said she didn't have the product in stock anymore. I have emailed the seller for my refund 4 times now without any response from the seller at all. The seller has gone MIA. The product is no longer on my sold list and I want my refund please. This is time consuming and annoying.
