Won item no longer on 'Won' - How do I contact Trade Me?

TradeMe don't look into disputes between Trades after 45 days of the Listing closing unless the item has/is faulty - hence items leaving your Won items after the first 45 days of the listing closing.
You contact TM staff through "Live Chat" for assistance by selecting the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page, the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.
Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.1 -

Trademe not dealing with things after 45 days unless it's faulty.... doesn't help when it is faulty and it's impossible to contact them after 45 days. I'll try the chat.

I made a purchase this morning $44.00 for a dvd outlander season 7. no response from seller. said I would have to pick the dvd up what do I do now. rlegge22@gmail.com

Robyn, not everyone is at their computer or emails 24/7 so I would wait a couple of days for a reply unless you asked about a quick pickup before you bought. I just had a sale, I emailed the buyer my address for pickup, then they phoned a minute later to ask if they could pickup today, no probs, and they are picking up at 12:30 today. You may want to check the sellers payment instructions if they have sent them to see if there is a phone number there to call or text them.
By the way, you should edit your post to remove your email address as it's not allowed per Trademe rules, plus it opens you up to scammers who scan for that sort of detail.

Won an item. Was told by seller it was damaged and they were waiting on new shipment. The item has now vanished off items won. The other items won from same seller are still listed. Cant place feedback. How does it just vanish when all other items brought from same seller are still listed.?

All items disappear from your Won folder after 45 days of the Listing closing - could it be you made purchases over staggered days for combined shipping? - Feedback can also only be placed in the same 45 days therefore you should perhaps place a feedback on the remaining items now simply stating awaiting goods - feedback can be changed at any time though only the once. - Cheers.

Hi there. I am not getting the things i am buying coming up on my WON list.
Rather embarrassing when buyers are writing asking you where the money is etc.
I brought two things on Monday from Smart Fox they dont appear on my Won list
and when i put in the Listing number they dont exist.
Answers please as this is becoming embrarrassing

Are you also not getting your won emails Heather? Links to payment instructions or the actual payment instructions are in the won item email, depending on what options the seller has set up and what payment methods they offer. I'm getting emails ok and items are showing in my won items folders on mobile site, desktop site and in the Android app, but none of them have a link to place feedback.

No apparently i won two items yesterday but they dont appear on my won list and it has happened before,.
Its not really very nice having someone say well when are you going to pay for the items you won and
you didnt know about them.
I won two items on monday and they are not on my won list and only one items Listing comes up but the
other doesnt.
What happens now???

Yes, I used to be gazza1234 and for a few years was in Whitianga. So, no emails from Trademe about the won items? Are you sure you actually bought/won them? If you don't remember winning them and they are not in your won items, it could be a scam o9r someone has just gotten mixed up. I sold something to someone a few days ago and they then emailed me payment instructions? In this case they had an automatic email go out from their own system after I queried it with them, but it was all a bit weird.
Might pay to hop on to Live chat and chat to Trademe about it and have the P numbers or listing numbers to hand.

Heather, go to the Contact us link at the bottom of any page here.
Click the balloon right bottom ie screenshot just now.
You'll first get an automated bot, but if you type in speak to a human, you should get a transferring to real person message.
