There are limited things you can do with the app Shanelle, so best way would be to use the std Trademe site either via your mobile device web browser or a computer and relist from your unsold items folder rather than a link in an email.

Kia Ora Shanelle,
Car Listings can only be done through the Desktop site which can be accessed by entering TradeMe.... through your Device Browser - signed into TM through your Browser the email link should take you to the right place - Cheers.

Cheers Shanelle,
Ensure you are running the latest Browser & App versions - Clear your Device Cookies & Cache - Reconnect with a Fresh start - this has worked for the following Member in the Post Link below - Cheers.

Kia Ora Arnold,
Was your Listing an Auction or a Classified Listing?
How long ago did your Listing expire? - Auction Listings are only kept in your Unsold Tab for 45 days of the Listing closing unless you List through My Products. - Classified Listings are removed once the Listing expires or is withdrawn.- If it has surpassed the 45 days for Auction closing you have to create a New Listing - the Listing details can be found by searching the Listing number enabling you to copy & paste your information into a New Listing.
- Classified Car Listings are Renewed within 45 days of closing - outside of this you have to create a new Listing. - It's a Good Idea to keep a copy of Classified Listings on a Document writing program for reference Post Sale & Renewing purpose.
Listing numbers can be found in your Emails from TradeMe if you have a copy of your 'Daily summary of listings I have listed' saved or through any questions you may have been asked/answered - in which case check your Draft & Sent email folders also.
If you can't find the Listing number anywhere & in the case of a Classified Listing you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance with a 1 off Listing. - Cheers.

Hello, I tried to sell my car on trade me 3 times. Everytime people didn't show up or giving really low offer. I am not sure now whether I am gonna sell or not. Can I please have refund in my account so I can list my Motarbike to sale on trade me, please? I don't want to put my car on sale anymore.
Thank you0 -
S Community SuperuserKia Ora Raman,Car Listing fees are non refundable or transferable between Listing Types. The Listing fee paid upfront covers the costs of Listing & information supplied by TradeMe through 3rd party, listing durations are set up to 90 days and are free to relist at a Basic listing within 45 days of the listing closing - there is no Success fee or withdraw fees charged.Motorbike Fees are a separate Listing which incur their own separate charges related to their Listing type & duration - an Auction incurs a Success fee whereas a Classified Listing does not and the Listing duration is initially 14 days. You may like to refer to Motors fees – Help - Trade Me - Cheers.0
