Kia ora Gary, the advice above from Gary-NZStocked is spot on. You can either top up your My Trade Me with your Ping balance or easily transfer it out to your bank account (the first link above). If you've accidentally topped up your My Trade Me account too much, you'll need to get in touch with us to transfer the money to you (the second link).
