How to contact Trade Me for help regarding a seller & product
Just wondering if anyone is having difficulty in contacting Trade Me, as I have raised a dispute with them, but have not heard from them, and their online services is appalling as I am trying to get hold of them.
I purchased something from a seller on Trade me, and the product was not as described and I am very disappointed with the service from both the seller and Trade Me.

Sorry to read of your trouble with that Trade,
The Dispute resolution process can take some time as TradeMe investigate your Seller & Trade. - Callum has provided a timeline chart on the normal progression of the resolution process found through the Link below...Meantime you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for an update on where the dispute is at - once you've selected the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.If you enter in the Chat bot - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Ensure you put your Dispute ID# in the Chat window so staff can pull your case up easily.The manned hours weekdays are 8:00:am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best - Cheers.0 -

If the Refund was made via a Ping payment refund your Success Fees are automatically Refunded. - If this was a manual refund made via a Bank account you apply for your Success Fee refund through the Help page Link I will put below which covers the different Devices used - Cheers.

Trade me have stopped chat bot I think? It seams that its impossible to contact them here in NZ..... a sad issue as Ive had a seller break trademe rules and Consumer laws as well as NZ transport laws..... Come on trade me get in touch reply to my messages please....

Thanks for reporting the trouble with Chat,
If you Log out and enter the Chat using my instructions above you will be successful in getting through - I have reported the problem through which appears to have us in a 1 January Afterhours window whilst we're Logged in, this glitch has been passed through to the Tech Team so hopefully resolved shortly meantime Logging out is successful. - You can also share your trouble in this Forum which has many experienced & knowledgeable Members who are Happy to Help. - Cheers.
