In wrong folder

You can't move it to the sold folder. It automatically goes there when something sells, so in your case it must be a Trademe glitch. Are you sure it's not in your sold folder? Did you get an email from Trademe to say it sold? Do you have the P number for the transaction? Have you checked your Trademe account to see that you were charged a success fee?
If it's all not right, you'd need to contact Trademe to ask them.
If it was this one 4564411936, then it definitely shows as Sold today.

Yes it is that one, but it's in my unsold folder, not my sold folder. I have received the email saying it sold and have been charged the fee. I don't know how to contact trade me as it just takes me through a pile of automated crap when I try to.

Very strange indeed Mel. Do you know if you get the same error across all devices? So same thing on App and computer? Anyway, come back to update the thread when you find out what happened.
When in the Chat portal type "talk to a real person" but that only works in the hours when staff are there. I'll add their hours below from the help page.

I can't help wondering if perhaps you had a quantity selected instead of the 1 by accident perhaps which may have directed the Listing to your unsold folder? It would be good to hear what TM find, when you get through - Cheers.
