Contacting the 2nd bidder after successful bidder pulls out of sale

HI everyone

I had a car for sale and the auction closed on Friday then the winner of the auction pulled out of the sale on the Saturday. Massively disappointing.

I want to contact the runner up bidder who lost out by $50, I know the user name but cannot find how I can contact them to offer them the car at their final bid.

PLEASE HELP

You can't contact the other bidders Andrew, but if you click in to the listing you can do a Fixed Price Offer to other bidders and watchers. You can offer to a specific member, or all that had bid or watched.

I need to contact the second highest bidder on my auction 4045400774. I would like to offer him the bike as the top bidder pulled out after auction

Hi Laurence, you can send a fixed price offer to that under bidder.

hello Team, sold a pair of shoes but highest bidder pulled out, how can i sell to the 2nd highest bidder?

can't see any fixed price offer button to push?

If the fixed price offer button is not on the listing and you can't do it via the desktop site, then it may be one of the ones affected by the changes at Trademe. It may take some time but they are working to resolve things. Lots of other mentions of this if you put no fixed price offer in the help search box up top.
