Payment by Ping rather than cash/bank transfer

On creating a New Listing your Items Payment methods are selected including Ping by default - you need to untick this selection if you don't want to add Ping as an option - Yes! you can Edit your Listing(s) to untick this Ping box also - Cheers.

This is jammy trademe ping did not stand out in making listing im not sending my item till payment clears ping is being used like bank it seems withholding our money from us much longer than any bank transfer should take somone making money off this and we get not as good services we sold item we want money now not later our moneys not youres to play with

Ping as a payment option is ticked by default on the Price & Payment page when creating a new listing - you can unselect this option when creating your Listing(s) & you can edit your existing Listing(s) to remove this option if you don't wish to have Ping as an option. - Ping is a preferred Buyer option as it comes with the security of Buyer Protection.

Once the money is in your Ping account it is yours so you send the goods paid for out to the Buyer who has paid you. - The Ping payments can be used to Top up your TradeMe account, Help pay for purchases Or transferred out daily to your Bank account if you chose this option - you can also manually transfer the money out to your Bank account.
