Ping account
We'll show you how to withdraw, update details and export Ping transactions.
When a buyer pays with Ping, the money is stored in your Ping balance – held on trust by Trade Me.
Your Ping balance
How you can use your Ping balance:
- Paying for items on Trade Me, with Ping
- Withdraw the funds to your bank account.
- Top up your Trade Me account.

Withdrawing your balance
Note: only NZ bank accounts can be used for Ping withdrawals.
- Any balance is automatically transferred to your bank account daily.
- Payments received after 2:45 pm are paid the following day.
- Transfers can take 1-2 days.
- Go to My Trade Me.
- Select
under 'My balances'.
- Select

- Select Edit to remove saved details, or NZ bank account bank-account-plus to add new details.
- Select Profile & Account profile-framed from 'My Trade Me' profile-framed.
- Select Manage Ping.
- Select Payment methods credit-card.
- Select Edit to remove saved details, or NZ bank account bank-account-plus to add new details.
View & export Ping transactions
Ping transactions are exported as a .csv file.
- Go to My Trade Me.
- Select
under 'My balances'.
- Select All transactions under 'Transactions'.
- Select the date range, then select
from the options menu (⋮).
To view your transactions:
- Select Profile & Account profile-framed from 'My Trade Me' profile-framed.
- Select Manage Ping.
- Select Transactions.
To export your Ping transactions, head to trademe.co.nz in your browser.
