Ping account

We'll show you how to withdraw, update details and export Ping transactions.

How you can use your Ping balance:

 

If your Ping balance is in debt you can: 

  • Wait for another sale to come through Ping to clear the debt. The amount you owe will be taken from that amount.
  • Credit your Ping account to a $0.00 balance. The top-up button will show when your account is in debt.

Withdrawing your balance

Automatic withdrawals

Note: only NZ bank accounts can be used for Ping withdrawals.

  • Any balance is automatically transferred to your bank account daily.
  • Payments received after 2:45 pm are paid the following day.
  • Transfers can take 1-2 days.

1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. SelectManage Pingunder 'My balances'.
3. Select Toggle buttonAutomatically transfer Ping balance.

Manual withdrawals

Note: only NZ bank accounts can be used for Ping withdrawals.

  • Transfer requests are processed every day at 2:45 pm.
  • Requests made after 2:45 pm are processed the next day.
  • Transfers can take 1-2 days.

1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. SelectManage Pingunder 'My balances'.
3. Select Transfer out.

Note: Manual withdrawals aren't available in the app if automatic withdrawals are enabled.

2. Select Manage Ping.
3. Select Transfer out.

Updating withdrawal bank account

Note: only NZ bank accounts can be used for Ping withdrawals.

1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. SelectManage Pingunder 'My balances'.
3. If you have an existing bank account saved, select the options menu (_____.svg ) under 'Transfer out', then selectDelete
4. SelectNZ bank account
5. Enter your details and selectAdd

1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. Select Profile & Account.
3. Select Manage Ping.
4. Select Transfer out.
5. Select Edit to remove saved details or NZ bank account to add new details.

1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. Select Profile & Account profile-framed.
3. Under 'Balances', select Ping Balance.
4. Under ‘Transfer out of Ping’, select the three dots next to your bank account to remove it.
5. Under ‘Payment Methods’, select NZ bank account to add new details.

View & export Ping transactions 

Ping transactions are exported as a .csv file.

1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. SelectManage Pingunder 'My balances'.
3. Select All transactions under 'Transactions'.
4. Select the date range, then selectDownloadfrom the options menu ().

To view your transactions:

1. Select Profile & Account profile-framed from 'My Trade Me' profile-framed.
2. Select Manage Ping.
3. Select Transactions.


To export your Ping transactions, head to trademe.co.nz in your browser.
