- Check you are on the latest up to date App version - these change frequently so it always pays to check.
- Try clearing your device cookies & cache then reconnect with a fresh start.
- Try deleting the App and reinstalling it.

I tried doing what TM suggested and had already uninstalled and downloaded again, but no different. It's also the slowest app I've come across and uploading photos is ridiculous - yet marketplace is instant!

Jackie, - Thanks for coming back after trialing the Troubleshooting steps & sorry to read they haven't helped and no other Member has been able to provide assistance.
This being the case you are best to contact TradeMe Staff through their "Live Chat" Facility to report this - they may not yet be aware of all the issues you're experiencing and you'll be able to let them know you have performed the Troubleshooting steps already.
In the meantime if you access the Desktop site by entering TradeMe in your Device Browser to upload your photo's until this is fixed on the App it should be alot faster process for you - I can confirm I've been uploading photo's through the Desktop - MS Edge InPrivate Browser and have had no issues.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm
