How do I find historic 'Book a Courier' transactions?
AnsweredI send quite a lot via 'Book a Courier' but only 1 page of transactions shows. For me thats just a couple of days worth. I cant find older bookings. Does anyone know where these are located? (Note it is to 'send something else' so its not tagged to a TME auction). Thanks.

There are only a few online in the tracking page so best option is searching your emails for a copy of the booking they emailed you. There is also an entry in your account transactions page but unfortunately it's not a clickable link, so the email is the best option.

Will try that - good suggestion, thanks Gary

This is a good thing to understand! Thanks Gary. I managed to find it in emails (tedious if you don't recall the date, but I managed to find it). I often delete these automated emails as they fill up my inbox, but I will definitely hold on to them for a few months now. Cheers.

Yes, at least the buyers name and address are in the booking email to search on, but you have to remember of course although if checking after an email query, you should have their name. Not sure what email system you are using but I use gmail, where you can create folders for things and move email to those folders to clear your inbox when you've actioned. I do this, but also use eM client so I have offline storage too. I have local folders in eM client so my online gmail remains minimal and normally only have a dozen or so emails in my inbox, but everything is filed in easily searchable folders. I have all Trademe emails back to 2004 and other emails back to 1997, which believe it or not, I sometimes refer back to.

Yes,
I save all my Book a Courier E-Mails in a folder, as now an then you do need to refer back to them,
Same I save all my won and Sold E-Mails in a folder too,
These days it pays to save certain things in folders, Like power / water / gas bills etc. as no longer get paper versions to file,

How do you reprint a courier booking?

Maureen, go to your emails and print from the copy of the pdf label Trademe emailed you when you first booked.

Go to your account Statement, Find the booking number, then use that to search your E-Mails,
to bring up E-Mail with the PDF label attached and reprint,
If you use my products you can go to your sold item, and open up courier booking and go to print label,
