Not getting 'winning auction info from TradeMe OR payment details
AnsweredOnce I have won an auction, I am not getting the TradeMe advice on the win or the Payment Advice. I am also not getting the daily emails from TradeMe for my favourite sellers. All my contact detail/options is correct so I don't know what is happening. And I can't seem to contact TradeMe directly... most frustrating! Is this happening to others?

Hi Ranger Here is the link that TradeMe will give you to work through if you have problems getting emails from them.

Once you have exhausted all that and everything checks out you can contact them. They will be able to check their records to see if the emails have been sent from their end and not bounced or something.
You can contact Trade Me by hitting Contact Us. It appears at the bottom right of every page on Trade Me, including this one. Select the topic closest to your issue and then choose "other" to get to a form to fill in and send them.

Thanks, Callum. It seems that, unbeknown to me, the TradeMe emails had been marked as Spam. Wonderful help from Cody on their Chat Line took care of everything. Systems all go now. :)

The trader has not contacted me with bank details so I cannot pay for auction I won?Ive sent many messages no reply what do I do?

Hi Nikki. If you haven't already done it you can leave feedback for the seller to say that. Also ask questions on their other auctions if they have any running.
