If you put Fees in the search box up top, it takes you to the Fees page as below, where everything is laid out for you. It will depend on the value and if you want to list as a classified or an auction.

Hello Trademe, I used a second category listing today the charge was indicated as 55cts per listing but I see you have charged 99cts from my account! Why the double standard?? Isnt it cheating?

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Thilak,There are charge's for extra's added to your Listing like, adding a Sub Title, Ping, Afterpay, Reserve price, Choosing your own End Date/Time or any of the extra options to promote your Listing - If you haven't applied any other paid option's you will want to contact a TradeMe staff member direct. - You are in the Community Forum here, we are members of TradeMe just like yourself - we are not TradeMe staff. - This community forum is in place for all members to help each other where we can in navigating the system & offering helpful Tips & workarounds.To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened in a New conversation - Talk to person - and you are taken to entering a few details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Put your Listing number in the window here enabling staff to pull it up readily.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best - Cheers.0

Yes! there is a known issue with the Link which I have reported in, I've left it in the Comment for other Members coming through this Post as a fix resolve is hopefully not far off. - In the meantime if you follow the instructions I've provided you will find the Customer Experience Staff who can sort any refund as it's due for you. - Cheers.😊

I'm on the Desktop site using MS Edge Browser & Listing in a second category through General Items is a Listing fee charge of $0.99 cents - If this value is $0.55 cents through whichever Browser / Site you created your New Listing in it would pay to take a screenshot of this to send through to staff - see below...
