Courier Pick Up

It is the silly season.

Sorry to read of such a long delay there, I hope you have kept your Buyer's updated,

Have you phoned the courier company, NZ Post, to escalate this?

If you haven't had any luck going direct to NZ Post TM can assist - Refer to the Help section Pick-up issues

As this is so overdue now you may want to drop your parcels into a depot or your closest NZ Post Agency to get them on there way.

It's important you keep your Buyer's updated ensuring you are doing your Best for them - Cheers.

Thank you. The reason I use Home Pick Up is I am in my 70's and oesteo arthritis very much limits my abilities to actually take 5-7kg parcels to any depot. I messaged NZ post and yes have let buyer know. I appreciate it is the silly season, and I would of used Aramex had it been available to the destination of the parcel, as I had ordered one parcel also to them and this was picked up with in 6hours,

I would re-check the Aramex shipping to the sending address in case it is now available. - Otherwise contact TM to chase the pick up for you.

TM contact is through the Link I gave you above, either using the 'Contact us' Link or selecting the speech bubble that comes up in blue bottom right of the page. - there may be a slight delay in the speech bubble appearing so wait for it - If you enter in the Chat bot - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - Have your item Tracking numbers entered in the Chat window so staff can find these easily.

Thank you. I have just had confirmation from NZ Post that the parcels will be collected today. So I will await to see if this happens. Thank you for your help, very much appreciated.
