Difficulty relisting
1. I got an email form Trademe for an expired listing of mine. The email allowed a relist option. When I try that a web site error occurs. Why is that?
2. On the help page there is an option to contact TradeMe. That doesn't work either.

Hi Douglas. The error messages are often not very helpful, so you can't tell where the error is. What exactly does the error say?
There could be a number of reasons why you can't relist something. One common reason is the item has expired and the 45 day relist window is gone. What you can do if something is not working one way is to try another. For example instead of trying to relist from the email link you could go to your closed listings and try to relist from there instead.

I tried using the Trademe phone app and the item relisted fine. The error " Woops something went wrong" occurs using the web browser. Thanks for taking time to reply.

Great to read you achieved re-listing via the App.
I wonder if you attempted this from within the Desktop - entering TM via the Browser on your device rather than through the email link you received. - It is possible the error is within the the email link. - It would be good to test this out (for everyone) if possible on your next Relist item.
Which Help page are you viewing where the 'Contact us' Link is not working for you? - I am on the Desktop site via web Login, the page I view looking on the Relist topic is Items that don't sell – Help - Trade Me - the 'Contact us' Link is working for me. - It would be ideal to put forth to TM Links that are broken, enabling them to fix for Members accessing this - Cheers.

Hi I am trying to relist my car. I have an email from you giving me the option to do so. When I click it doesn’t work. The same the other day when I tried to edit it! Very frustrating.I’ve tried on iPad, iPhone and on the desktop - won’t work!!

Coin, I found the Trademe phone app (android) did work. Laptop or desk top doesn't.

I tried to extend my listing by 14 days on phone app. There was no extend option. I went into Trademe on my laptop and could click on the extend button there.

Trade me is terrible for trying to contact someone!I have chatted with the bot and sent 2 messages regarding the fault with relistingWhen I click on ‘relist’ it does not work. I have opened the listing from unsold items and clicked resist and tried it from the side button after clicking on unsold items. A picture pops up (see below) and nothing else happens. Ive tried on desktop and iPhone.

If you enter in the Chat bot - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff member.The "Live Chat" manned hours weekdays are 8:am - 6:30pm and weekends 8:30am - 4:pm - Cheers.

Hi, I am trying to relist a motorhome, I got the email but there is no option to relist! And no phone number to contact anyone! I need to speak to someone, what can I do!

Hello Julie. How are you trying to relist your motorhome? You can't relist these on the App, if that's what you are trying to do.
