Missing delivery address's

Over the last few months, I have had a massive increase in buyers NOT supplying their delivery address at the time of sale/ purchase, Ie: the address is not appearing on the sale page even when the shipping option has been selected.
It's almost as if they don't want to let me know where they live until they have paid for the item.
Eg: Once they have paid, they will email me the address or select it on the Trademe won item.
It's now common when processing bank payments & setting up for packaging, that I will then find some address's ARE on the TM sale page but were not on there at the time of sale.
Has anybody got an insight to whats happening.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserBuyers are only forced to select a delivery address at the time of purchase, IF using Buy Now. If they win by bidding, then can send address via Trademe at any time later on, or not.
I often win something, wait for the sellers payment instructions, make payment and then add a note in the delivery address additional notes field to say I have paid, that way the message always goes to the seller and is available to view on Trademe.

Most of my sales are via Buynow and they have selected one of the shipping options.
When I check a sold listing on TM, thats often all I get (shipping option selected but no delivery address)
Sometimes the address will appear the next day on TM / sometimes it's emailed directly to me.0 -

I always just go by the emails and don't look on TM for delivery addresses. I've never had one where address is on TM but I've not received an email.

I am probably only noticing it because I print my sales (edit page to suit) for sorting later on, because I don't have the capacity or setup for dealing with sales on an instant daily basis completed & shipped.
Previously, address's would instantly appear on the specific sold page at the same time as date/time sold (automatically supply address when item sold).
It appears as if ppl are holding off on supplying their address until the item is paid for.
What I don't know is, if that is the situation, OR, if there is a random delay between the item sold & the address being attached to the sold item0
