How to counter offer or contact interested person

I can't find the buttons to react on an offer. Where/How can I place a counter offer ?
And:
Is there any option to send a message to the person who made an offer on my product?
I do see the offer with date and time and the reviews of this person. But nothing to click on. Thanks for help

Callum Community SuperuserHi Lotte. Have you had a read through the help file which explains how it all works? Importantly this feature is only available on the app. So you wont be able to make a counter-offer on desktop. If the reserve is met the offer system also closes so you won't be able to make a counter-offer in that case either. You can't message the other person I'm afraid. If you could it would no doubt be used to swap contact details and avoid fees.

If you declined an offer and countered an offer and it was declined, how can you work with the byer to achieve a final purchase price.
