Relisting an item after 6 months
I want to relist an item that did not sell 6 months ago. It is complex so would be good not to have to re-create everything. How do I do this?

Hi Kevin. If you know the auction number you can search that on here. You will get the description, but the photos and Q&A will be gone. Those disappear after about 45 days. If you don't know the auction number you might be able to find it using an expired listings search.
For next time: If you create your auction using My Products it will never expire or disappear unless you decide to delete it. Alternatively you can create your listing on a word processor and save that along with any pictures onto your device.

Kia Ora Kevin,
If you have your TM Email preferences set to - Email me A daily summary of listings I have listed - &/Or - When auctions I have listed close below reserve - Or similar selection - also if any questions were asked/answered on the Listing at the time, you may find a lead to your old Listing number in your Email program - Cheers.

If you're still at a loss TM will be able to track your account history and can provide you with your Listing ID, title, start/end date, reserve price, Buy Now price - allowing you to search for the expired Listing if required. - Cheers.
