Error message to say "suspicious location" when I try to log in.
as i try to log into my account i get this message.
I am on the same computer and location as yesterday when i created a item for sale.
Nothing has changed for the computer. I cant disable my VPN as i dont even know what an VPN is and i dont want to mees up my computer by doing such a disable.
You're connecting from a suspicious location.
If you're using a VPN or anonymisation service, please disable it and try connecting to Trade Me again.

Hi Graham. The first thing you could try here might be a hard refresh to see if that helps. Press <Ctrl> and <F5> at the same time then try logging in again.
You have managed to get on here to post this message so is it only some of Trade Me you can't access?

Trademes a joke / Havnt changed anything at my end....Cant log in on PC but Can log in on tablet (Except I get a permanent "SAVE THIS SEARCH" blue button thing that floats on the screen and never goes away every_single_time I search for something ...

Ok, if you have neither running have you tried Callum's instructions above to perform a hard refresh on your pc?
Recent Login issues have been down to a VPN setup - I understand nothing has changed on your PC though something may have changed in the way TradeMe accept your Login. - Cheers.

I wondered the same about that strange message coming up on my TradeMe site too, when I attempted to login. Was fiddling around for ages, and suddenly I clicked. Albeit I am 78 yrs old, I actually had a bell ring in my head!! I remembered the AVG Virus program telling me to have my VPN turned on for safety etc etc., so it might be an idea to check out any Virus Package you are using and turn the VPN off. I did, and now all is well. No more problems with TM. Will leave it off whilst using TM, but will turn the VPN back on after I have closed the Trademe site down. Hope this post helps others........
