You would be best to make sure to copy the ad to a doc file if you haven't already, withdraw and relist on the correct account. You won't be automatically refunded any fees, but if you contact Trademe and explain, they should refund the initial fees, although it might pay to check with them first.
Check the Fees help page for more info, but pretty sure there is no difference in fees for a motorhome for In Trade vs casual, unless the In Trade seller is registered as a dealer for fee discounts.

Kia Ora Anahata,
You will have to withdraw your Listing and Relist it in your personal account. As mistakes happen I'm sure TM will assist in refunding you your initial listing fee paid.
Listing in your In Trade account is misleading as you being misconstrued as a Dealer. - You will have legal obligations which you are accountable for and your Buyer will have legal rights. - If your In Trade account is GST registered this is also subject to GST declaration.
You can find the Motors fees in the Help section & through the Link.
To contact TM through their "Live Chat" facility to confirm your initial Listing fee refund - Once you've selected the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue with a black speech bubble at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing.
In the first bot window type Talk to person to be transferred through to staff after filling in your details.
