I can't open UNSOLD folder and I can't relist items
It's not the same as it was a few weeks ago...now it's worse. When I try to open the Unsold folder, it sends me to a 500 error page. Clearing cookies, changing browsers and everything else doesn't work and the problem is definitely on the server. A couple of weeks ago the Unsold folder worked for at least an hour or two a day and I could relist items, now it doesn't work at all and by the end of the day I will have over 5000 items blocked in the Unsold folder. At one point they fixed the problem and everything worked as it should until the first Trade Me Update. The worst thing is that Tech Support is not sure that they can fix the bug now and they advise me to switch to My Product ??? I will not use any listing tools, because they are full of bugs and I know several users who have gone back to the old way of listing, just because of that. It is incomprehensible to me that the technical support does not know how to fix the problem in their system, and they have already solved it before.

Hi Z. If you have 5000 products you really do need to be using My Products. It's one of the few things on Trade Me that works, and works well. It's completely free and once you start you will kick yourself for not using it years ago.
While it's not great you can't access your unsold items at the moment the advice they gave is good. My Products. Try it.

As I said before, I have couple friends who used My Product and back on old way listing items. I have 6000+ items and I need do list them from scratch( is someone goind to piad me my lost income for no selling my stuff untill relist). And finally, WHY tech support can't fix bug on their own system?

Zoren. I'm surprised you know people who have tried My Products but didn't like it. But yes there are people who like doing things "how they always have" and sometimes are resistant to trying something new.
Perhaps in the meantine try registering for my products then hit the import from unsold items link. That could work to get all your products back. Then if you wanted you could relist the whole lot in a couple of clicks. This is exactly the situation and sort of stuff that My Products excels at.

Thanks for trying to solve my problem (as far as I can see you're the only one trying). Yes, I'm probably one of those people who like that "if something works, it shouldn't be fixed". Maybe it's my age, but you'll agree that "not every new version is better than the previous one". I tried to import Unsold items into My Product and list them, but it reports an error in the Shipping tab. And then we come back to the core of the problem, which is the inability of Technical Support to solve the problem in their system. What will happen when this or a similar problem appears in the My Product tool? Will they fix the problem or tell me to try another listing tool? This is my only source of income and I can't tell the Landlord "come in two months for the rent, because I have to relist 6000+ items".
I'm not looking for anything unusual, too demanding or cheesy, I'm just asking that they do the job they're paid to do.

Z, it might be that your listings in MP are Buy Now only, in which case you must use the New shipping template system within My Products, see the shipping template tab there. You might like to have a browse through the MP specific section here in the Community section.
Have a look for New shipping templates
https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/search?filter_by=community&query=new+shipping+template
and also export/import for some tips.
Even if you do not end up using MP, I would import all your items from unsold to MP anyway just as a backup as they won't disappear from there.
