I think one of the admins, developers or whoever should contact us and explain: Why you are touching/changing something that works and that everyone is happy with? Why don't you listen to what your users suggest. Why do you have the worst technical support of all marketplace sites (and I have used many of them in various European countries). Why are you so bad? You are lucky that you have no competition in NZ, although I have heard that this will change in the near future, and when it does... you will cry for us.

As I said before, I have couple friends who used My Product and back on old way listing items. I have 6000+ items and I need do list them from scratch( is someone goind to piad me my lost income for no selling my stuff untill relist). And finally, WHY tech support can't fix bug on their own system?
