Cancelling a courier pickup
AnsweredI finally decided to try the book-a-courier function, and I can see why I get so many parcel via Amarex, it's the main option. But I've discovered that not only are the hopeless delivering, they are hopeless picking up.
I will NEVER use them again. Does anyone have a way to cancel a current pickup that hasn't happened ? No user interface for that. I could have sent this through my work's courier company and it would have been picked up, delivered and unpacked by the recipient by now.

I have totally experienced that this week. Apparently Aramex are not receiving the pick up requests through Trademe. It’s been 2 days of no collection for me.
