Trying to start a listing for a motorhome

Hi elspeth. You are not trying to list on a phone are you? That's not possible. At least not via the app. You either need to list via a desktop/laptop or on a phone but using desktop version of Trade Me. 

This is explained to you when you try to list it via the app and press the greyed out category.

So you can list a house, a car, but not a motorhome?#####

Yes! You can List a Motorhome, this has to be done through the Desktop site.

You select the Car, motorbike or boat, Vehicles or planes Link > Scroll down to the Caravans or motorhomes, parts and accessories on the Right hand side > Selecting that link brings you to Pic 1. Below > Selecting Motorhomes on that Landing page brings a Pop up window to select the meters length, as in Pic 2. Below > Select the Next Tab at the bottom of the page & follow the remaining pages from there - All the Best with your Sale - Cheers.

Why desktop?
I don't have one...thats a nuisance

Maria, you can access the "desktop" site to list classifieds via your web browser on your mobile device, rather than through the mobile Apps. Just open your browser and go to www.trademe.co.nz and if asked to open the Trademe app, say no, stay on browser version.

The Desktop site is accessible from any device - simply go to the device browser & type in TradeMe nz, you will be able to pick up the Desktop site. - The Apps are a lite version of the main site and weren't initially built with all Listing structures. - This is part in parcel of what is hopefully achieved through the upgrades taking place onsite currently, - Cheers.
