'Good for 2 relists' - fees on feature combo
I paid for a feature combo listing and now I'm trying to relist for the second time and TM is trying to take a further 95c off me. This is not the first time this has happened. What is going on? A feature combo is good for 2 relists. Who else has had this problem.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserA feature combo is not normally good for relists by itself. You would have had to pay the extra 2 relist fee while your first one was running.

In case your item doesn't sell first time, you can get Feature Combo up to two more times when you relist.
Get Feature Combo on up to 2 relists (+45¢)"So I got Feature Combo for 95c on up to 2 relists. So why can I not get my 2 free relists? This has happened before.1 -

Oh ok, I didn't realise you paid the extra to get the extra realists, I thought you just paid for the std feature combo. Best talk to Trademe and they can refund you once they check the listings and relists.

I would like to know if others are experiencing this while I wait many days for Trademe to respond to my email sent earlier on.

You can contact TradeMe staff through Live Chat for prompt assistance.
The "Live Chat" hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm
Once you've selected the Contact us Chat Tab you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing.Have your Listing number entered into the Chat window so the agent can find it easily - Cheers.0 -

what was the information you got james? so others can be helped? i bought 2 relistings, so why have i not got them
