Yes Maria, if it's been 7 days since you bought and you haven't received the iotem or a courier tracking number, click on the Dispute resolution button in your Won items folder.

Not everyone sees this button as it depends what version of Trademe you are using. If you don't see that button, follow the link on this Help page.

Purchased items re P224826847 total cost $64.00from belgian blue and I can only assume he is a fraudster which Ihave emailed several times with no out come.

How long ago did the auction close? Have you tried placing a feedback stating you have sent emails, please check your spam/junk folder and make contact with you.

If this closed more than 7 days ago and you have not heard after placing feedback follow the steps provided above in selecting the Dispute Resolution Tab in your Won items.

Purchased item re P226018658 and still waiting for postage. Have email 8 times and replace feedback she is say that there's no postage address have sent her conformation that payment has been deposit into her account along with my postal address.

my won item is not there that's how long I've been waiting and send emails to her please help get my item or money back so frustrating.

TradeMe do not investigate cases which are reported 45 days after the listing has closed, therefore your option is to email your Seller with your postal address and request a tracking number - if you have no response the next course of action is to go through the Dispute Tribunal -  Making a Disputes Tribunal claim as a buyer – Help - Trade Me - TradeMe may be able to assist you with your Sellers details if you apply through a Statutory Declaration form.
