Buyer Purchased my Spa but I've not heard from them

I accepted an offer on Thursday Trade Me debited my account by $276.50 I have emailed the buyers twice since Thursday with a congratulations and payment details and my second email contained my address and phone number to contact me for a viewing and their arrangements for pickup of item. I would very much like the fee debited from my account to be refunded to me. I am legally blind and I thought I was using a genuine site to sell goods I could no longer use but it appears by this site that this happens often that members take advantage of other members. This is not a good look.

Sheryl, if you go in to your sold auction you will see a link

Click on the refund link. Trademe will then email the "buyer" asking them to complete the sale. If they don't hear back within 3 days, they will refund your sales fee and email you to let you know.

You need to give the Buyer 7 working days to complete this Trade - TradeMe purchasing may not be their weekend or afterhours email address checked regularly, therefore they may not be aware they have won your listing yet.
TradeMe do allow Buyers to contact within two working days However payment is within a week.
After the 7 working days you can apply for a success fee refund. - Cheers.

What you can try, as this was made through an Offer, is sending your Buyer a Message letting them know you have accepted their offer and sent them emails with specific details, please check their spam/junk folder incase your emails have gone there and to please make contact with you.
