Multi listings showing as free shipping
I have recently changed over to Multi listings with shipping per order. Someone buys some and then the remaining stock shows as free shipping I have sent for help twice from trademe with no reply. It is causing so much issues. can anyone help. The remaining stock doesnt show any shipping options just free shipping

Is it showing free shipping in the Product as well as the live listing? Does it actually say free shipping in the listing or is it just in search results, as TM are are doing a trial showing free shipping icon where it's not actually free shipping for everyone. See this other thread...

No its only showing free shipping in the live listing and appears to be only once someone has purchased some pks. I sell seeds so once someone has bought a few the balance for that auction is showing free shipping and when buyer looks at the live auction to buy it states free shipping and no other shipping option I read the other thread but that was 2 months ago surely they have fixed it

You'll need to contact Trademe then, as what you say doesn't sound right, and not how things are meant to work and certainly not how my own My Products listings behave. That other thread problem is still ongoing, it's a feature trial apparently and is still like this. I admire your optimism about a problem being fixed within 2 months.

I have tried to get hold of trademe they are very quick to take our money but not quick to help been 4 days since my 1st email to them. maybe they need to pay the shipping for all the people buying our auctions with free shipping. Thanks for helping

Just check Steve that you are using the New shipping templates, which you must do when using MP and MQLs. If you had existing older shipping options or templates when you ran auctions, these will cause problems if changing those products/listings to MQLs. The new shipping templates have their own tab in MP.

Sorry to read that's happened to your listings,
Meantime, if you can you may like to add in your listing descriptions stating please email for shipping cost after purchase, the shipping template is currently not working and is awaiting fix.
The "Live Chat" hours are weekdays are 8:am - 6:30pm and weekends 8:30am - 4:pm
- Once you've selected the Contact us Chat Tab you need to give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this appearing.
