If you run the address through https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/ it will show you which courier companies deliver to that particular one you have there - I have not heard of them stopping their rural deliveries through TM - Cheers.

Hi Janette I was able to get Courier Post quotes for a rural delivery package this morning so their rural option through Book A Courier is still working for me. Sometimes the way certain addresses are typed in can affect the results you get with certain courier options not appearing if the delivery address is not entered exactly how a courier company expects it to be. As mentioned check the address you have been given with a address checker like the one S has provided a link to or you can use the address checker from the NZ Post website here https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder. Also sometimes the size of the package being sent can affect the courier options you get returned from Book A Courier if the package exceeds the size limit for that courier. And make sure you are entering the parcel dimensions in cm not mm as that can cause issues when getting shipping quotes entering the dimensions in mm can make the parcel be to large for the courier.
