Refund request denied, no explanation?

Hi there. I noticed one of these on my private account the other day. Like you I didn't get the usual email.

I've been meaning to look into it, but I have a feeling it was listed on a free listing day so no fee refund because there were no fees to refund. Could that be what happened for you as well?

If your success fee refund status is showing as being denied and Trade Me has not contacted you about their decision I would get in touch with their Customer Support Team using the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. Click on the link and wait a few seconds until a blue chat bubble appears at the bottom right of the screen click on it and you will then be able to chat with Trade Me Customer Support live refer https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000518892

Kia ora Name. It looks as though that success fee was in fact refunded - I'm not sure why says declined. I'll be getting that investigated and let you know. Callum - is that fee of yours showing as declined but has been refunded? 

Yes, it seems you are correct Lucy. I have a success fee request denied statement on the item itself, and no email confirmation, yet the refund is there on my account.

Thanks for that Callum. I've checked in about this and yes, this is a bug that we're aware of and our tech team is currently working hard to get it fixed. While the listing states that the success fee refund was declined, the fee has actually been refunded.

I'll add these as a few more examples of it happening.
