My address is not showing when purchasing
Hey there, I have entered my address and saved it but when I purchase an item everything shows in my sending instructions accept my address. I've looked everywhere to fix this but haven't found anything. Help! Thank you.

Are you looking at a view of the closed listing on your screen? - Your address details don't always show on the listing itself here - you can always confirm this has been sent by looking at the address Tab in your Won items,
If you are in the Payment Pop up page ready to pay for your item by Ping try going through the Ping Tab in your Won items rather than the closed Listing page.
For Internet transfers Or Bank deposits you select the Delivery address Tab in your Won items to send your address through to the Seller - Cheers.

Thanks for your answers, Yes I saved it in the link you sent me.
A vendor sent me a screenshot of what was sent to her went I click Send Delivery Address but the address is not there. Everything else is.

Select My delivery addresses to check your saved address has linked in the system.
Meantime your vendor should be happy for you to email your address through.
Are you sending through the closed Listing view, from your purchase confirmation email Or through your Won items?
Are you on the Desktop site Or the App site?
Check you have the latest App or Browser version installed on your device. - The App you will want to log out and close the App down altogether - then come back up and sign in. - The Desktop clear your Cookies and Cache then Login with a fresh start.
If you're still experiencing the same problem in the morning you can contact a TradeMe staff member via their "Live Chat" facility to report this so they can investigate what is going on there - Cheers.
