Anyone know the solution to a message saying that addresses are not recognised. The purchaser said she has had deliveries to her address and my address has been used before for pickups.

flossy63 Community SuperuserCheck you have entered measurements correctly in cm not mm,as that is a response you get when parcel is oversize,as I accidentally entered mm's one day not cm's as required and got the no quote available,0 -
