Sorry to hear the opposite of what you requested has been done here.
I recommend replying to TM to let them know of this error as perhaps this is a mistake of comprehending your request. - You should have an email with the Service Request ticket number on from making your Feedback Removal request which you can reply to - otherwise you can contact a TM staff member for assistance via their Live Chat facility by selecting the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of any TM page - Give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this "Chat" Pop up coming through.
The 'Live Chat' manned hrs Monday - Friday are 8:am - 6:30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:pm. - Given today being a Public Holiday for Kings Birthday wknd TM staff are possibly working to the wknd hrs.

I have done all the efforts to contact the team you suggest to request remove the seller’s unfactual and retaliatory feedback but they just ignore my request and had never done what they said

Sorry Lisa, this is the community forum you are on here, we are members of TM just like yourself - we are not TradeMe staff. This community forum is in place for all members to help each other where we can in offering advice to resolve these frustrating issues that evolve - I am sorry to hear you are having a rough time with this one.

Trade Me have done that to me too, they do not read, I filed a dispute but removed mind not theirs?,
so therefore I could not edit it to reflect the true outcome and behaviour of this member,
so now neither have feedbacks, and yet the bad behaviour of that person will continual, as no feedback on them saying what happened, to alert others?,
Yes Trade Me are damaging their own site, by staff members not reading disputes etc. and just flicking off generic E-Mails,
if the do read, they do not comprehend what is being said?,
Why as a seller would I file a Dispute to get my own feedback removed?, really!!, when I could do it myself,
this is just shocking of a staff member to do this, my feedback was positive so why oh why would it need to be removed???,

Hello one and all. Once upon a time I managed to get unfactual feedback removed. The account had been deleted anyway. I find that same occurance with the last unfactual feedback I had in 2019. Its really did affect the frequency of my use on this site as I had a bunch of Trademe related greivances around that year. It cost them loss of my business. Now I don't know what buttons to press for them to help me remove this and dont have much faith in trying to remedy it after reading this. Why am I still paying to sell my stuff here? Well I was because of security and trust but I could just sell it on Facebook of give it away to opshops or whoever. Have you had a response from them yet?

The form to complete when disputing feedback is found in the Help section Disputing feedback from the buyer - bottom of page.
