Does TradeMe send auction emails anymore?

Ben, the option to automatically send payment instructions is a per auction option that sellers can tick or not. Not all sellers do this for every listing, so you'd need to email the seller. Also, it depends what payment options the seller has specified and how you buy as to if the payment instructions are included in the Trademe email to the buyer, or if they are not and just pointed to on Trademe with a link in the won email saying further options, click here. If payment instructions have been sent to you, there will also be a link to them on Trademe in the auction listing on the new site, or on the old desktop site in your items I won folder.

Thanks for the answer Gary, I understand the payment instructions but normally TradeMe itself will send a winning notification separately from the payment instructions. But I no longer see these TradeMe emails, even when I check my junk.

Does anyone know if TradeMe stopped sending these emails?

No Ben, trade me still send the sold item email every time. If you are not receiving them you are best to contact trademe. Seems a lot of people have this problem recently.

I can confirm I am receiving these TM emails after each purchase - I'm a laptop user on the Desktop site - When did you stop receiving them? - Cheers.

I have won the above listing, provided address through TM, and sent the seller a request for bank details to pay with NZ bank deposit by emails (outlook and gmail)

I have not heard from the seller

Would you assist to contact the seller please or advise my next steps
