Unusual charging on our account
AnsweredMy account just keeps bleeding fees. Very unusual as we always found justification of fees to sales. I tried to find away of emailing or contacting accounts, however i can only find a lot of detail which is not relevant to my concerns. If i do not find a solution i might have to find another platform to sell my items, as certainly my sales and fees do not tally

You can see each fee which has been charged to you in the account statement

Selling fees are now different depending on what category you list in, and for In Trade sellers fees are also charged on the shipping amount you charge. Then there are Ping and Afterpay fees if you accept those payment methods.
High Volume fees are another one which can catch you out if you have lots of listings. Other than that you basically have to actively choose various enhancements to get charged more fees.

I sold distress ink for 62.00 and sent it by courier via trade- me. I had to put money on my account which I did and was left with $29.00 it just disappeared and when I sold the wee teapot I had to put more money on my account and was left with $8 85 now I listen some more stuff and had to put more money on my account as the $8.85 also went up in smoke? It is very difficult to get in touch with trade-me as the questions they ask do not relate to this problem. I like my money back. I can sell on e-bay or Etsy or anywhere but not trade me.

Catharina, all deductions from your Trademe account are itemised on your account transactions page. If you check there and contact Trademe if something is not as expected, they can have a double check.
