I accidentally booked a courier - but buyer hasn't paid.. !
AnsweredI accidentally booked a courier - before the buyer had paid.
I have not sent the goods and I have delayed the courier pick up.
Unfortunately, it's now been one week - the buyer has NOT been in touch or paid. (I've sent three emails)
Does anyone know if you cancel the sale if you can also cancel the courier and be refunded??

A. Yes, contact Trademe to request a refund of the courier fee and ask them to cancel the booking. Also email the courier company involved and request the same. Their email address is on the booking page when you go to the booking. Don't forget to include all the details like tracking number, booking number etc.
It happens from time to time, but refunds usually come through promptly, or straight away if you use Live Chat.
