Unable to list property
Anyone else having issues listing property? I can’t get beyond the description some times and other times I can’t even get that far ….

Hi Sarah, the most common cause of bugs like this is having corrupted cookies on your web browser, so I'd recommend deleting them first of all. If you are getting any error messages when you try to list property after trying that, it'd be awesome if you could post them here, along with a screenshot of the problem if possible.

Yeah, I am having issues listing a rental property and can't get past the type of property to be listed?

Hi Claire, and others. I don't have a property to list, but for a test I tried to list and just get the blank screen after choosing property type. That screen gives a host of error messages if examined in developer mode, notably "log in call back error - sign-in DOMException: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting the value of 'oidc.user:https://auth.trademe.co.nz/:property_direct_sell' exceeded the quota."
However, I was able to get past that blank page and progress through the listing by opening my browser inPrivate mode. I use Edge, but other browsers have a privatemode/incognito mode too, usually by going to the browser ... menu eg
Not ideal that extra steps are needed, but that got me through to create the listing.

I cannot list a rental property on my iPad can not get past the first page, I put in unit, then can not go any further very annoying as I do this all the time, can do it on the desktop so what is the problem?

One possibility is Trademe ph/tablet app has no function for property, job and service. I can browse but cannot list from the app. I guess it has to be from the website or on PC.

I was not able to list a rental property using Chrome or Edge, or their Private mode. I get blank page. The only Residential - Rent category works for me was carpark.
The cause of my issue was my computer time was out of synch with current time. To fix it, i went to Date and Time settings, and re-sych my computer time.

I'm trying to list a rental property and can't get past the first page describing the rental property and I get a blank page. This has happened numerous times? How can I proceed?

Property can only be listed through the Desktop site - the App doesn't yet have full function of the Desktop. - You can access the Desktop by going to the TradeMe site from your Device Browser if you are currently using the App version.
If you are using the Desktop site there are some very helpful Comments from Members above in this thread who found success - Have you tried any of the suggestions?

Other Desktop Troubleshooting steps...
- Ensure you're on the latest up to date Browser version.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- Try Listing through another Browser.
I am on a Laptop using the MS Edge Browser InPrivate mode and have just gone through the process of Listing a Rental Property so I could let you know - I can Confirm I get right the way through to the Summary Details page ready to start the Listing - Cheers.

Hi I am having the same problem, after selecting the property type for sale the next screen goes blank. Can someone fix this please
