Feedback - numbers not right

I am 99% sure that some of my positive (that's the only kind) feedbacks aren't being counted as my auction numbers continue to rise, even considering trade ones don't count - some of my reliable traders have left positive feedback but my score didn't rise as expected......

flossy63 Community SuperuserIf you have traded with them before, Only one unique feedback will count towards your Individual total,
so if they placed feedback on you years ago, any feedbacks after do not count towards your Individual Total.
I have repeat customers so although they place feedback they do not count towards Individual count, as their first feedback placed months / years ago counted,
So I can go weeks without my count changing, as previous repeat customers,

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserIt doesn't seem to mention it in the Help pages anymore, but the number beside your membername is not the total feedbacks but a feedback rating as only one feedback per member counts. If a member buys again or buys more than 1 item, the feedback number doesn't change.

It also says this at the top of your feedback on the new site too.
