Editing feedback - accidently hit the non-smiley face on feedback.

You can't edit feedback on the new system, but if you go to the old feedback page, you can.

When you see the feedback page url like this...

https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/member/ (member number here)

Change it to

https://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Feedback.aspx?member= (member number here)

You'll then see the edit link under the feedback you placed.

That would be good, but how do you find the members number? I can’t.

Claire, the membernumber is in the url in the address bar starting with https://  eg mine is 6665665 as below

https://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Feedback.aspx?member=6665665

I can get to the Old TM page through selecting the Seller's Feedback number in my Won items page - this takes me direct to the Old TM Feedback page for the Seller - This is by going through the Desktop site! - Cheers.
