Finding a Trade Me member

About the 20th September 2021 I sold a ladder it was paid for and that is OK, BUT my dilemia is that the person has not picked the item up. Did say that there was a problem getting to me to do so. 

Comment he did say was that if someone came in and stole it or he didnt manage to  pick it up it dosnt matter, Well it really does matter to me as I would like to honour my sale.

I would like some idea on what to do as we are shifting house in 3 weeks and would like it picked up. 

I do not know who I am talking to but would like some advice on what to do. Above is the only information I have as I deleted the buyers name and corrospondance. Please help

Best idea would be to email the buyer and let them know your deadline. Explain that they need to pickup within 7 days, else the ladder will be relisted. If they reply, great, but if not, relist and sell again.

Perhaps you could get in touch with Trade Me and ask them if they could get in touch with the buyer for you. By the comments that you received from the buyer it doesn't sound as if he was that keen on the item - perhaps he found it too difficult to pick up or life simply got in the way. 

Hi about 12 months ago I sold a couple of  "Symetrix brand 425 Duel Compressor Limiters and 

 AGC Leveler to a Trademe Member.  I have at last found the instruction manuals and notes but cannot remember the guy's name. He worked at Greenlane Hospital.

Anybody any  ideas

Hi David. I suggest you remove your contact details from your post as it's not allowed, and it's a great way for scammers to get a start in hijacking your Trademe account. An search in your email for either of those items should help you find the person you traded with, or look in your feedback maybe.

Hi David. Gary is right - have a look over your emails from back then to see if you can find the trade details. If you don't have any luck, jump on Live Chat and we can help out.

They may have a second trade account and still be on TradeMe despite.

Add a feature to search memebers already geees. As a small business owner, removing this is stupid.

I have so many customers who can not find my page! Also i am not putting my name in an aucrion title to help this as it looks so un professional. So weird thing to suggest as a fix...

Is trademe run by people who have no concept in how to make something easy to navigate? I have customers who said my site is easier to work out than Trademe...

I designed it all myself and im not even a web developer... Make it easier... more people use mobile than they do desktop... figure it out or hire someone who is actually good at thinking about how to make others lives easier. That is all.....
