Reporting false advertising

I bought the item but after i placed feedback i deleted the auction and feed back. How do i recover the item and feed back to prove false advertising 

watch was advertised so differently to what i received. They placed feedback because i got in touch with them because i hadn’t heard from them after several days after i had paid by After Pay. Due to personal reasons having to be with my parents when i came home the package had arrived. Upon opening it up it was packed in newspaper and did not come with the original box which i needed. Top box was missing so i could not tell if this was a Fitbit Charge 4 Special Edition. Auction number 

I still have this watch and am not prepared to try it out because of the way he showed it on his auction site and what i received. I want a full refund and after looking at his feedback he needs to get a worning for placing fraudulent items that don’t look like they do in their auctions. People like these need to be held accountable for their actions and inscrutable desiving behavior on Trade me.
