I need to change feedback as I’m returning an item to seller and said i will change feedback because he is giving me a full refund. How do i change feedback from negative to positive now that it is no longer on my auction page 

The auctioneers above need to refund me my full amount as i paid by After Pay. 

watch was advertised so differently to what i received. They placed feedback because i got in touch with them because i hadn’t heard from them after several days after i had paid by After Pay. Due to personal reasons having to be with my parents when i came home the package had arrived. Upon opening it up it was packed in newspaper and did not come with the original box which i needed. Top box was missing so i could not tell if this was a Fitbit Charge 4 Special Edition. Auction number  I still have this watch and am not prepared to try it out because of the way he showed it on his auction ...

I bought the item but after i placed feedback i deleted the auction and feed back. How do i recover the item and feed back to prove false advertising
