Trying to get a real person for help on trademe?
Does anyone know how to get a faster response from TM Help and speak to a real person? chat doesn't work. there are no staff online now its only ai which is like talking to 2 year old. they say they will be in touch. 3 days later or longer i get a response from someone asking how can they help. most times its to late for help especially if the matter is urgent, does anyone no know any secrets on how to contact tm help faster? we could see members leaving tm as a result of no help.

Yes, it might be nice to have a more direct line of communication sometimes for urgent issues. But the problem with that is, everyone tends to think their issue is urgent!

Sorry to hear of your issue there. If you have been "ripped off" the way forward is to open a Dispute. Do you need help to start that process? If you contact Trade Me, they will just pass you through to that system anyway.
Many do post their experiences around these types of trades on here. It is quite good to be honest. Having examples of "rip offs" on the public forum is useful as it shows the type of things for people to be aware of and how to resolve them if it does happen.

I don't doubt it. It sure helped me recently with why my strawberries aren't growing correctly.
