Does anyone know how to get a faster response from TM Help and speak to a real person? chat doesn't work. there are no staff online now its only ai which is like talking to 2 year old. they say they will be in touch. 3 days later or longer i get a response from someone asking how can they help. most times its to late for help especially if the matter is urgent, does anyone no know any secrets on how to contact tm help faster? we could see members leaving tm as a result of no help.
Blacklisting is great, there are 5,590,144 members on TM, if just 0.1 (zero point one percent ) of members are BAD People, that works out to 5,590 members, so yes I say use the blacklist feature as often as you can.
