Ping Withdrawals - Not Getting the Money Transferred ARGH!!!!
These new Ping withdrawals are really doing my head in. Receiving payment later in the day now even though there's earlier withdrawal time. 9am no money 3pm no money. Getting really pissed as I rely on these payments!!!!

Are you doing a Manual transfer out or do you have an Automatic transfer out set up?
When these payments leave the funds should be in your Bank account within 2 hrs. - If you've manually transferred at 9am the funds won't go out until 3pm then 2 hrs for the Bank to process the batch run into your account. - Automatic transfers, if you haven't been set up to transfer out 3x a day check your Ping account to choose if they go out once a day or 3x a day.

Im set up for x3 withdrawls a day. 9am, 3pm, 9pm. Money always clears within 2 hours, but not today!!! Ping balance transferred out at 9.01am, then another lot at 3pm.... and now at 5.06pm and nothing has cleared in my account!!! I rely on this money and am feeling extremely annoyed!

You may have to verify your account. Its some new PING feature thats pissing alot of people off with the 7 day plus it takes to get verified.

The account verification is usually for first time withdraws, those already set up don't normally require a second verification unless unusual activity has been detected in the members account. In both scenario's TradeMe will email the member.

Callum Community SuperuserHave these payments cleared for you now? Sometimes there are hold-ups out of Trade Me's control. If they have sent the funds, it might be something with your bank or the transfer system itself.
Or yes, it could be teething problems with the new 3 times daily system that was implemented a few days ago.
