Auction Activity - Recent changes; When will changes be finished?
Has anyone else noticed a massive difference in trading activity (in-trade) over the last 3 weeks or so? I always have consistently medium to strong sales (24 years on and off) but things seem to have changed dramatically recently, with no obvious reason. I understand TM is undergoing changes/restructuring. Have there been any glitches or changes to auction visibility or high visibility listings ($19 fees) and how they work on the site and can we know when these changes are likely to settle? Thanks.

Yes! there has been a recent change in the visibility of new daily listings in emails received from saved favourites searches, categories and sellers which was a major re-engagement engine to the site for members, we are now limited with a decreased view of these new daily listings with an expectation to click-through to the site to find and view further of our favourites which does not allow for spontaneous browsing, discovery of new market products and new sellers nor a quick-glance memory recall sparking interest to return when time constraints allow. Your notable timeframe is inline with this forced change.

Wow, thanks for that. If that is a permanent change then I will be moving my products off the site. It's a death knell to many businesses I suspect. Thanks for your detailed response. It is most appreciated.

the reality is the changes will never be finished - they [whoever they are...] will continue to ignore the comments from long-time sellers and buyers, and change for the sake of change - that is the world we now live in - I too have noticed many negative alterations to formats and browsing capabilities of late - I have posted a comment on here but with no reply...I have responded to the 'tell us what you think' link but with no reply - our voices go unheard...

not many people will speak up about the changes, instead they walk. They speak with their feet. TM is or rather has become a horrible place to buy and sell on, FB market place is thriving because of this, I sell triple on FB market place than here and I've given up buying on here, it's just to painful to try work around a half cut website.

Yep, that's what I experienced. All was ticking along as usual until about 4-5 weeks ago when everything tanked. I talked to TM and they have no intention of changing things back, nor really doing anything about our feedback.
