Buyer Cant Pay By Ping
A buyer is telling me that when they try to pay, they are getting an error message stating another person won the auction.
Ive asked if they are logged into the same account they won they auction with, and they said they only have one account.
Anyone else seen this issue before?

Yes thats exactly what I thought. I asked them whether they were logged in, or logged into the same account but they said yes

Callum Community SuperuserI'm assuming everything matches up from your end? Buyer email on the closed auction matches with the email address they contacted you from?
Like L, I suspect it's something the buyer is doing wrong, you could ask them for screenshots, but otherwise might be one for Trade me to look into.

They told me they would "look into it further", so I'll see what they come back with
