Hi I have won my auction, emailed the seller straight & made payment. The seller emailed me back saying Hello Bernadette, I am very sorry, the trampoline is not available at the price.. I will give you a refund if you have already paid for it. Apologies Can he do this just because he’s unhappy about the selling price?

If the Seller has made a genuine mistake with the price TradeMe can't enforce the sale, your Seller has taken accountability for the error and has advised you asap plus committed to a full refund. - If you see the item listed again at the incorrect price use the Community watch link at the very bottom of the Listing page to report the behaviour. - Place a genuine feedback on your experience, be careful not use defamation statements.

S have covered off if its a genuine mistake well.

If it was a buy now auction, then its more than likely a genuine mistake. If it was either a $1 reserve, or a low, then it possible it the seller just wasnt happy with the amount and not a genuine mistake (more so if a $1 reserve).

If it wasnt a genuine error, you could try to pursue it further, but its probably not worth it
