Kia Ora kendon54,
Sorry to read you have no response from your Seller since purchase,
Place a feedback to nudge them into action. - if you have paid for the goods you will want to file a Dispute for TradeMe staff assistance. - You may be eligible for 'Buyer Protection'. - All claims must be filed within 30 days of item purchase.
This is a public community forum for Members to help each other, it's not a TradeMe staff contact forum, as it is public you will want to Edit your Post to remove your email address, avoiding any scanning bots from untoward players out there.
You can find the dispute report link to file at the bottom of the Help file below - All the Best.

If you browse through this community forum, and others related to Trade Me matters elsewhere, there's endless complaints about people not receiving email Notifications and having them go to junk mail.
May we ask, How did you pay for your item?
Ping? NZ Bank transfer to a local account?
If it's with PING there may be issues lurking in the background.
Reach out to the person involved and ask if they have received payment or if they are having a problem with the Business processing of payments and setting up an account for whatever reason.
Definitely leave "feedback" , and also write a "review" to say to check junk mail as you are still awaiting the item.
That said, if it was sent through NZ Post or a Courier there may be background issues, including theft of the item, or a failure of service there.
By the way the Board of NZ Post are also accountable under Board of Directors legislation.
Those involved in "Consumer Research" for NZ Post are also accountable and likely never did any face to face consumer surveys...

Could be tricky with nzpost and many couriers as it's a prohibited item. Wonder how it was meant to be sent.
And, as S said, 30 days to raise a dispute. How long has it been?
